"not gonna lie, im definitely one of the MILLIONS of girls who are a fan of pete. and when i heard he really was dating ashlee simpson, i was sad. i know the fans would like never ever have a chance with him, and its not so much that. its just when someone writes such powerful lyrics that you can relate to, you become 'attached' to them because its like they get you, when it seems noone else can. and when this person likes someone, i dont know...its a weird feeling to describe. havent you ever been to an FOB show, front row, singing along with all your heart in it and pete looks at you in the crowd and its like for a second you connected? or at a meet & greet or outside after the show, when hes face to face with you having a conversation and hugs you before you go? its like the dream come true for us to actually interact with him, and thinking of another girl getting that but getting those feelings we hear in songs directed to her, its not so personal to us anymore. does that make sense?"
